All our unique gemstones are handpicked, and natural. Because of that precisely is why all our gemstones will never be uniform. Your products will always vary in size, shape, tone, and pattern. We take pride in this variation that attests to the natural properties of our products and gives you a truly rare product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your requests for a specific size, shape, or color shade.
Before contacting our customer service, please make sure that your item is indeed damaged and it is not just the properties of the stone. For example, in quartz it is completely natural to have lines that resemble cracks but in fact are not. Variation in stones is not considered damage. If you think your item is damaged please contact az@hossamzeitoun.com within 3 days of purchase and a description of the issue. Photographs are required for all damage claims.
Celeste recommends shipping merchandise for return via FedEx or DHL for tracking purposes, and requesting adequate insurance. Celeste does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
We do not return products however you are welcome to choose another item with the same price of the purchased item within 12 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted. Celeste reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
